How We Started

Our founder has always been passionate about skincare. Her very first job at 15 yrs old was working for her uncle who happened to be a dermatologist. She later went on to build a career in medicine and always loved health and wellness. When she became a mother, the types of products she used for herself and her children became even more important. As one of her daughters is already a "tween", she started teaching her about skincare and decided to design a line that she could use on herself and her girls without worrying about harmful chemicals. When working in oncology, she became aware that immunocompromised individuals require using very gentle products so she created formulations for ultra sensitive skin with no fragrance. Being a lover of nature and outdoor activities, she also heard a calling to help to preserve our beautiful oceans for future generations. Thus, L'Eau de Vie was born.

Drawing Inspiration from Nature

Our founder loves the feeling of being by the ocean and is inspired by trips to visit family in Santa Cruz, CA. She and her husband met while rafting and she dreams of teaching her girls to surf when they are older.
